As a business and for this team we do make it clear the volume of calls to be successful in this sales role, the base salary, OTE and commission structure as well as the general focus of roles throughout the interview process. We have recently renamed the team to 'Sales Execs' to help make this clearer. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
