      Pros

      *Competitive pay, with opportunity for incentive/bonus pay *Unique benefits (in addition to the good stuff - health, disability, etc) like groceries for the office, acupuncture & chiropractic treatments *Lots of hard-working and helpful people to work with *Exciting and no day is ever the same

      Cons

      *There is a lot of industry-specific information to learn, but TitleSmart has experience hiring/training employees with no prior industry knowledge.
