I hope that someone at D.O.L reads these reviews. Titan is doing so much illegal activity! first of all, they're supposed to be honoring the predecessor contract terms as far as pay and vacation for the first year of the contract, which they have not. the cut our pay back. 20 cent and hour and they are using our fringe benefits to cover their portion of elected benefits. they won't let you have access to your 401k and provide no clear breakdown of your fringe money earned. they constantly change the rules but refuse to provide us with an employee handbook, just a vague new hire presentation. I used to love my job and the work I did for BLS and DOL but titan has ruined it. nearly all half if not more of our staff has left and been replaced by inept new hires. something has to be done.
