Pros
I can't think of anything, maybe commission and training. If you are coming from Tips and Toes company and decide to apply from other company in the same industry you will certainly get a really good offer.
Cons
You will be working like a slave specially on Ramadhan they will force you to sign that you are willing to work for long hours, forget about sleeping. The management is very toxic. All the stress for working long hours is not worth for the salary you will get, plus if you're company accommodation is far from your working place and you miss the company bus. You don't have any choice but to take the taxi which is too high compared to your whole day salary. They will keep your passport and you can't just take a leave easily.
