Pros
- Friendly coworkers that support each other and work as a team - Tim is really good at teaching, he encourages us to push ourselves and think critically (which allows us to gain new skills) - We have early responsibility and work with big international clients - There is variety in our work, no two days are exactly the same - One thing I appreciate is that senior lawyers and partners are approachable and I am able to ask questions and query things that I don't understand
Cons
Probably the only drawback I would say is the workload can be quite high (at times) in the legal team, however that is generally the case with most law firms. You learn a lot in short amount of time and gain a broad understanding that builds creative thinking rather than narrowly specialising in one area.
