Lovely people and great ambitions, but over stretched and over capacity. This results in untenable workloads created from winning contracts there are not the resources to complete. Also, for a company full of OD professionals they need to look inward and improve their own hr practices and staff well being before advising others.
Cons
Though only one team member works 9-45Monday to Friday, most work outside their hours, not
practicing what they preach in setting boundaries and a healthy work life balance. They expected staff to use our own personal IT equipment, which, 2 years into the pandemic, did not show great signs of supported staff.
Nice colleagues to work with, always happy to give you their time.
Cons
Unfortunately, the CEO doesn't have much experience in running a job board, and therefore it is neglected with the business although there could be some easy gains in audience growth with little investment. It is clear that it is not the main focus of the business but you cannot create a "lifestyle" job board that does not have a business plan for the growth of audience and revenue. It was clear that the job board piggybacks the parent brand for exposure and additional revenue stream.
