      Pros

      Virtually none. Smoke and mirrors.

      Cons

      Andrea is a liar and hired me full time but started doing all the work in Atlanta herself after she secured contracts in other cities. Cut my hours to nothing with no notice. Never had a complaint and customers raved about me. She just used me.

      It is extremely unprofessional and slanderous for you to inaccurately depict the CEO as having a diagnosis of "clinical depression". We hope you will be able to move forward in a more positive manner.

      There are no pros with this CEO.

      Cons

      This CEO creates a toxic and hostile work environment with her employees and harasses the employees to no end (This can range from all out bullying, screaming and talked down to, to more subtle forms of poor communication, setting people up for failure, mismanagement and an air of hostility). This CEO's goal is to set up her employees for failure in order to have an excuse to terminate their employment. Unethical and unprofessional are the words to describe how this CEO operates. Do your homework before you consider working for this company or becoming a client.

      Pros

      The people at Timesquared were the highlight of my opportunity. The freedom to make my own schedule and the teamwork made it extremely difficult to end my employment.

      You must have a reliable vehicle.
