      Pros

      Workload is okay, a little demanding though.

      Cons

      Sometimes they make plans for your weekends/personal time. Parties are mostly mandatory (parties meaning 3 different parties on the same day); they give you the cold shoulders when you don't go. Harassment is not discouraged in the workplace. Sick Day off is not allowed, they literally pick you up from your house and be asked to go to work.
