      Of course, it allows remote working, we are fully a remote company. Everyone is given the room to grow and your inputs are considered. Work-life balance is great. The staff are paid well enough to care for their needs.

      Cons

      As this is a remote job, one may tend to be indoors for long hours - this can be solved by creating time to go out and balance it all.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is easier to have in remote company with flexible schedule. There are experienced leaders that drive company forward and one can learn from them a lot. Company encourages initiative and growth a lot. Salaries are quite competitive. Cultural diversity allows to work with different people worldwide.

      Cons

      The processes aren't 100% set yet, though it's in progress. Remote work has it's challenges: such as missing meeting people face to face. Feeling part of the team in remote environment is harder.
