- Opportunity to share ideas and execute them. - Freedom to learn new things. - Good Clients - Work-life balance - They called me only once in my 6-month ongoing tenure that to for just sending a mail again which was in my outbox. - Motivating Founder and other teammates. - Ethics in operation - In Digital Marketing Agencies, usually this is a part that is often neglected. - Mostly all perks that you get in a startup.
Cons
- Initially you are asked to bring your own laptop in probation period. Once confirmed, they give you company's laptop - Join Tikshark if you are really passionate about your job role. This is also one of their most important criteria while shortlisting someone.
