Planning to resign as the middle management still here

Pros

Good people, friendly, nice workplace

Cons

Before Case Logic acquired by Thule, it was a very good company. Good culture, nice people and that's why I have been work in there for 8 years+. After acquisition, I will never recommend anyone to join this company. Benefit and salary just so-so. Middle management are very bad. No appreciations. 1 person work on 3 people's job. Always being blamed "Why you don't think about if you can reduce your processing time from 15 mins to 5 mins in a starter way". No direction at all. Decision change frequently and very difficult to follow. I won't recommend people to join if this person still there.

Pros

International colleagues, customers are excited about the product, good discounts, competitive salary

Cons

FAR too much is expected at every level. There isn't a single person that you work with who is happy and optimistic about the company's future. The US office and the Sweden office (global HQ) are not connected in so many ways that it drives us apart. All innovation is actively dissuaded if it adds any cost to a product. The company is quickly falling behind the competition, and is only being kept afloat because of its historical reputation. Expect absolutely zero training on the company, the systems, how to perform daily tasks. The majority of your time is spent on reports to Senior Management and shareholders.

Horrible culture

Pros

Cool products, and nice facilities (Sweden).

Cons

The culture of Thule is horrible. From the very top through middle management. Management by fear is the only way for CEO to keep control as the respect is long gone. Do yourself a favour if you are in for a job and keep your head down. Speak only when spoken to, and do your best to remain anonymous. Diversity is non-existing.
