      Vague strategy. Old fashioned senior leadership. Confused staff. Very old tech stack. Little investment in innovation. Diversity and inclusion are a check box exercise.

      No vision, purpose or structure. Little opportunity to grow in the role. Leadership talks about partnership with clients, but the reality is there is little partnership with cheap tricks to get clients to extend contracts. The goodwill is fading fast with clients.
