Pros

Some of more senior shoppers are really nice and willing to help us

Cons

Horrible management, hostile meetings hosted by senior management Bad reputations of them from previous companies including shutting down a UK office No sense of responsibility, love to blame the shoppers for all leakages. No plan to improve operational support. Constantly upsetting customers due to the incompetent ops team and yet nobody seems to care

Thank you for the feedback. We have indeed refreshed our company wide credit card and stock loss policies this year so that they are more in line with our business as we’ve grown from 40 people to over 200. Change is always disruptive, and the intent is never to make anyone feel unappreciated. Being a company that is not yet profitable we have to be very careful with money. One of the ways we recognised our employees previously was through the use of the points we collected as a business. Sadly over the last two years those points were no longer being handed back in, which meant we were unable to provide company wide recognition to those who went above and beyond. We have held feedback sessions since the launches of the policies to understand if they’re working, and we would welcome your feedback directly if you email us at peoplesupport@threadsstyling.com

Pros

They can put on a good show for outsiders.

Cons

Rude management, The CEO is very akin to micro manage everyone. Picking on every detail even when it doesn't really matter. If the "CEO" doesn't like you, you are out right away. All the interns are under-paid, £12K per year, more than 50 hours per week. High staff turn over. Messy invoices. Very strange business.

Pros

Nice to work in a young, female environment.

Cons

Lost so much respect for the COO after he made one of the nicest and most professional people I've ever met cry last week. We're all still really shocked by his immature and unprofessional behaviour and tbh it's made me feel like this is not a company I really want to work for anymore if this is how they treat good people who were doing such a great job helping all of us and trying hard to improve Threads. He became really horrible and petty all because they decided to respectfully resign which everyone has a right to do. Several people have resigned over the past few weeks so he should already know Threads is not for everyone. Now we've all lost a brilliant team member too soon because of how he behaved which is really sad and unfair. It's totally changed how I view him and the company and now I'm really questioning my own future here.
