Pros

The company was extremely unethical to make misunderstanding between research jobs and cold callings. The position name should be changed

Cons

The company should be more transparent and act more professional instead of changing name Cognolink to Third Bridge as it does not make what you do become more clear or not. Just call yourself a calling center.

Pros

1. Higher starting salary for a fresh university graduate regardless of background.

Cons

1. Essentially a call center + secretary job that requires no skill nor does it help you grow in any way. 2. Limited if at all any promotion opportunities. 3. The clients treat you like nothing and you are always embarrassed by them with cancelled requests. You have to cover for their incapability of making sure two events don't collide on the calendar to the experts who you are also humiliated by. The management will not penalize such behavior from the clients however because the company requires them to keep running. In the end these things keep happening. 4. The new targets are very hard to achieve with a reduced bonus. New KPIs means your performance will be penalized if not acted accordingly. Which makes you further away from the target. 5. Management expects you to work overtime and constantly checking communication channels until you go to bed.

Pros

Some colleagues are easy going

Cons

There's too many to mention: 1. You are expected to do overtime without pay 2. Incompetent team leaders/management - they will drive you insane. They encourage you to tell them how you're feeling but they won't do anything about it 3. Heavy workload 4. TL's only focus on reaching targets and if you dont reach yours, they will take you to a meeting room and blame you 5. Some project managers can be bullies to their associates 6. The VP likes to pretend that he cares about employees when in reality he has no idea what's going on in the office and doesn't give a crap about you unless you reach your targets 7. Sneaky and incompetent HR
