Pros

Nice environment, and nice people to work with everyday.

Cons

Over the last few years there has been a lot of turnover of leadership, with the quality getting worse over time. No direction, and no passion in the team anymore. Leaders now are very autocratic.

Compensation is well above industry standards. Opportunities to work on challenging projects, and engage with UN agencies

Cons

Extremely heavy workload with unrealistic timelines and expectations. Leadership offers little to no mentorship or guidance — you’re often left to figure things out alone. Managers frequently take leave, yet employee time-off requests are often denied due to workloads. Taking sick leave is discouraged or frowned upon, creating a stressful environment. Leadership is suspicious when taking sick leaves.
