We have an open door policy and have checked all of our employee files over the last five years and have not found any complaints similar to yours. So we are surprised to receive this review. We routinely conduct self driven employee reviews in which you have the opportunity to anonymously give feedback on all levels of management including the CEO. We are sorry you did not feel comfortable to share this information with us. We want everyone to feel comfortable sharing all opinions with management whether negative or positive.
We value and consider all feedback and we'll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address the incorrect benefit information you have provided. This also restates the correct information for current and future employees.
