Cons
The company is owned and run by an ex-English Navy man that still thinks he’s on the ship by how he manages his staff, I mean you aren’t even allowed to yawn in front of him from some stupid thing he must have picked up in the navy. You are sold the dream that you can become a manager or partner there where all you are is ringing people out of the Hi Pages with no CRM and no basis you are churning and burning through leads and sometimes pushing a product on people they don’t even know of. Also, you are given 1 day of training and forced on the phone really not an excellent structured company owner is checking every and all aspects of your job you may as well salute him in the morning also the base is pitiful which means you have no option but to make comms or you’ll never make money you are told to be there every day in the office from 8:15 am till 5:30 with no break but an hour for lunch no morning or afternoon break and if you go to the toilet you are looked down on sometimes if the owner feels the team hasn't made enough deals he will make you stay back till sometimes 7pm
