      Pros

      Profit Sharing provides good bonuses. Can go in multiple directions for career for engineering consulting. Positive Atmosphere to work in. Varied project sizes with ability to learn about new things very quickly.

      Cons

      Engineer-led company with occasional lack of communication company-wide. Training program and company standards are best learned through being a self-starter, leaving some to fall through the cracks.

      Good pay, limited OT, but little else good

      Pros

      Very high bonus pay, and does not require lots of overtime (excluding travel). Overtime is paid. Lots of smart individuals.

      Cons

      Company is not very forward thinking. Limited PTO and very limited WFH policies. Inconsistent travel requirements. Lack of checks and balances on leadership. Certain teams and type of work are noticeable less valued to management.
