Pros
Offer great commission for therapists and employee friendly resort. Clientele is given to you and tips are great! Resort offers benefits for full time employees like anthem healthcare. The resort also offers discounted rates to stay in hotel rooms and also a free lunch is given to employees.
Cons
Seasonal work, not open year round. Closed during the winter time and clients always want a massage for Valentine's day but the resort isn't open.

Decent Pay in season, some of the staff was great to work with
Cons
Management is absolutely horrible. They don't have any appreciation for the employees. They only want people to get them through the season and don't care how they treat you.
