Pros

I get to work with some lovely and smart people

Cons

- constant sudden changes in strategy and direction including layoffs, management changes - no work life balance, expectations to pitch in for travel/extra events are ridiculous with the stingiest possible travel per diems, you'll find yourself working weekends and evenings constantly - bad benefits: no 401k plan, not even a discount on product via the subscription service, office spaces other than NYC are frighteningly dingy/dysfunctional, employees don't even get keyboards. - poor managers and high turnover, few opportunities for growth

Pros

Biking everyday, trying out different electronic bikes

Cons

Machines over people, Weird start up culture, toxic YT bro culture, Management and advertising is extremely intentionally misleading just to get people to subscribe to the weekly service. They barely take care of the bikes,

Pros

Met some really smart and genuine people.

Cons

No culture, must work from office which is a warehouse. Little passion for the environment from the leadership team. Incredibly tight with budgets and promotions.
