      Pros

      Good company to have long career at. New manager and new manager in other big department are making positive changes. They seem to be listening to employees even the disgruntled employees who don't like change. My personal experience with the HR manager is that she is fair and seems to care about what we are going through. It's a good company and the pay and benefits are very good. I have been able to support my family

      Cons

      Communication between departments could be better. Employees who have been here longer don't like changes and their negative attitudes can be a drag on morale

      Pros

      Benefits and absent management leads to flexible schedule, as long as you work in management. By the looks of it one can be incompetent, incapable and underperform for years with no risk of losing your job.

      Cons

      Incredibly frustrating if you want to improve mass transit. CEO is questionable at best and gone for a month at a time. Where? No one is sure. He doesn’t seem to like anyone but other middle aged able bodied white men. There’s lots of work because turnover is chaotic. The Board of Directors has no idea. It’s a toxic work environment, but don’t go to HR about it because they are working hard to incubate it. Pay isn’t equitable and it is thick with micro aggressions.

      plenty of room to grow, will learn a lot in limited time

      Cons

      Management is always changing how work will be conducted week to week. one week they will tell you this is how we will conduct training the next the will change it to something different
