      Meeting and working with great people. If you love to network and want to work in a non traditional real estate environment.

      Cons

      Expesnive health benefits, downtime between projects, does not match 401K, work weekends both Saturday and Sunday.

      I had the honor to work with a company led by industry leaders. Their training program is second to none. I had an amazing time and met wonderful people. Highly recommended

      Unstable because you work from project to project but that’s the nature of the business
