Pros

Management is very willing to work with you, the environment is welcoming and the people you work with are amazing. I can truly say I love coming to work every day and look forward to growing with the company. Management makes sure to let all departments know what is going on, what the goals are and how everyone plays a part.

Cons

At times it can be stressful but management does their best to alleviate any of that!

Pros

Supportive Leadership: Management is approachable and open to feedback. The CEO actively seeks input from employees, creating a culture where everyone’s voice matters. Collaborative Culture: Teamwork is at the heart of the company. Colleagues are always willing to assist, ensuring that challenges are met with collective problem-solving. Mission-Driven Work: The company’s commitment to improving healthcare recruitment is evident. Employees are motivated by a shared purpose, making the work meaningful. Professional Growth: There are ample opportunities for learning and advancement. The company encourages employees to develop their skills and take on new challenges. Positive Work Environment: The atmosphere is energetic and motivating. Regular recognition and appreciation contribute to high morale and job satisfaction. Overall, The Inline Group offers a dynamic and fulfilling workplace for those passionate about making a difference in healthcare recruitment.

Cons

Metrics-Driven Focus: Success is closely tied to meeting specific performance metrics. For people who prefer a less numbers-focused role, this environment could feel high-pressure. Fast-Paced Environment: The workload can shift quickly, and priorities sometimes change on short notice. It requires flexibility and comfort with rapid adjustments. Inline Group is a great place if you are adaptable, motivated, and appreciate a mission-driven atmosphere but it’s important to be prepared for a fast-moving environment where self-direction and resilience are key.

Once you leave...You aren't welcome back.

Pros

Drink the Koolaid and you'll fit right in.

Cons

Once you leave don't ever expect to go back and say hello to colleagues you were friends with. Upper Management will MAKE SURE that you are not welcome. Very Hypocritical. And all these positive reviews, they ask you to do! haha!

Former Anonymous Employee, thank you for the review. For the record, the Koolaid is here to drink but only if you want some. No one is force fed at our organization. The beauty of our society is, if the organization is not a fit for you, we encourage finding the fit, success and happiness you are looking for. Because of our culture, our employee's actually keep in contact with many former employees as they attend happy hours and even our Christmas events. The only reason we would request no contact from a former employee is if it resulted in an ethical violation. This has only happened once in the history of the company and very recently. (Irony that this review now shows up?) We do encourage ALL employees to do a review on Glass Door. We do not dictate what the review should or will say. We are confident in our culture and the happiness of our employees. If there is room for growth within our culture, this is a great forum to learn about it and course correct as an organization. We wish you success in your future and hope you find the Koolaid that fits your pallet.

Pros

This is a wonderful company to work for. The management team understands the key role that each employee has and they continuously remind employees of their value. They also have an amazing culture that makes your peers feel more like family than coworkers.

Cons

I would say there are not any downsides to working at The Inline Group.

Pros

I was fortunate enough to go through the hiring and training process with the team here. Firstly, the hiring process was very rapid, management knows what they want and when they want it. The training is extremely thorough, which allows all of the different departments to work together with ease. From the second I walked in, I felt welcomed. This company is extremely transparent, you will know exactly where you stand at all times, there is no "need-to-know" with these guys. If you are offered a chance to interview or work with these guys it is definitely worth it. The Inline Group has a great product and are building a great team to back it up.

Cons

I do not have any cons to share at this time.

Pros

Welcoming and friendly environment. People here are actually excited to be here and celebrate accomplishments as a team. You truly feel valued as an employee here. The management and leadership of the company are invested in success and have open-door policies that welcome fresh perspectives and ideas.

Cons

Not an ideal place for someone that is not self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Pros

They have an amazing culture that is by far the best I've ever seen and I have been at several places. The upper management actually cares how your career turns out and they look out for the needs of others rather than themselves. I have never seen their doors shut outside of business hours and even then, as long as they're here, their door stays opened. The Vice-President and COO stays on the floor with the entire team and does not shut themselves off to the rest of the company. They are always pushing us and asking what they can do to help us succeed. They DO NOT micro manage but they will hold you to YOUR word if you are committed to making yourself and career 110% better. They do activities and events where everyone can interact with each other. They strive for others to give of themselves but they will give you themselves in return. Honestly, if you want a place where you know that your future is looked out for, this would be the place among much more that I could say about the place and people.

Cons

This is only the beginning. They are going bigger and better so there will be a lot of changes involved. If you can't take a lot of change, this isn't the place to be.

What a joke

Pros

I got to meet some great people (co-workers) and really enjoyed working with some of them.

Cons

If you brown-nose upper management, you will get promoted. It doesn’t matter how productive you are because it’s all politics and nepotism. Some of the most productive people received the least amount of recognition, which is why they can’t retain top talent. I learned a few lessons working here, but do not recommend this organization to anyone who cares about their career. P.S. I am not just some “disgruntled employee” who wants to bash the organization. Again, (some) of the people are the company’s greatest treasure, but that gets overlooked by the lack of direction, professionalism, and engagement of upper leadership. Bottom line, TIG needs to restructure its leadership or the current personnel need to remember what it means to be a leader if they ever hope to retain top talent.
