      Mission oriented, great staff/coworkers, wonderful office environment, exposure to health leadership across multiple environments/settings all over Cincinnati region, ability to become a PH generalist

      Transitioning to a matrix org and still getting footing, transitioning leadership, hemorrhaging funds and staff, no room for upward mobility
