If you are passionate about supporting individuals living with intellectual disabilities, Groden-cove is a place to be. Developing your capacity to achieve your passion is one of their strengths

Cons

More network is expected of Groden— cove to serve more people living with intellectual disability especially in RI and if possible in New England

Pros

The only real pros are vacation time and the coworkers here.

Cons

Management is very disrespectful and has 0 communication skills. They move students and staff around like furniture in their house with little communication to staff, students or their families. Staff have little or no support. Management never asks for feedback on the students we serve everyday and have such bonds with.

Awesome & affordable benefits, 24 PTO days as a new employee, 12 paid holidays, flexible schedule, opportunities for growth within the company, autonomy, feedback is valued, I feel heard, seen, and appreciated, great support team, and an awesome boss who is kind, understanding, caring and supportive

Cons

Pay could be better, but I understand it's a non-profit with a budget and the benefits help make up for it. I also understand that pay is something being looked at for bringing up in the future throughout the company.
