      It is a small team where you can see the outcome of your effort and decision. Open office environment with a young and easy-going team. A lot of opportunities for growth and new exposure. Ambiguous business direction, it is a pros and also cons. It works for those who have the mindset and energy to spearhead changes, but it won't work for those who want to be told what to do.

      The majority of colleagues are easygoing and supportive — they definitely make the workplace more tolerable.

      Employees had to endure not only sudden pay cuts but also reductions in annual leave. In addition, the company implemented an app that requires employees to clock in and out every day.

      -Management just graduated from kindergarten, they are CEO, CDO, Head of Marketing, Head of Commercial with unreasonable timeframes. -Worst management ever, no vision, no planning -Fake company background to pretend to be a MNC but it's 100% local - A few people there were trying to drown you every single day
