      Our growth is vast, which means hiring the right people and talent are a top priority. At times it feels like we can't move fast enough to meet rising demands ... but we will!

      The Energy Project allows me to be my true authentic self. I am excited to come to work. The team consistently motivates and encourages me to be the best version of myself each and every day. We are constantly challenged by our peers. We laugh hard and work hard. A truly amazing group of people.

      We enjoy working together so much , that it is hard to focus at times.
