I went through 2 interview stages with this company and was told I would hear back by the end of the week. I heard nothing from them, followed up through email 4 times and I was ignored each time. Very unprofessional

The owners are very nice and the salary.

Cons

Toxic environment! The team I was part of was terrible! My superior was not polite and thought she was superior. She kept saying that and didn't have time to be my manager ( there was no one between me and her) and that she wasn't my PA to deal with my work matters. I never got feedback from her and the work was not passed on properly. My role was not the same as the one I was hired for. As it’s a family company, the family members were lazy and didn’t do the work in time, thus costing the performance of others who needed that material in time. The commute is terrible, the station is very far from the office.

Additionally, we’ve introduced training programs for managers, including sessions facilitated by external providers, to ensure consistent leadership development and effective team management across the organisation. We also understand that the commute isn’t ideal for everyone and are continuing to explore flexible options where possible. Thank you again for your feedback.
