Pros

If you're an intelligent person and can see opportunities, you will do well here. - The company is expanding and growing in this economy - which speaks to the efforts of its employees - Fantastic staff. Truly incredible people. - Management listens to new ideas even from new staff members - Constantly changing workplace - Competitive pay rates - Every day presents new tasks and challenges - Super smart coworkers who can keep up with the best - you never have to explain things twice. - Interesting, despite it being retail. - Wonderful vendors, clients, and teammates - Willing to invest in new ideas

Cons

- The benefits plans kind of suck, mostly the insurance. - Yes, the staff can be a little clique-y, but if you are friendly, it's not a problem. - The building has an odd physical layout which isn't ideal. - Some folks enter the company and can't handle the speed we work at, which is a shame. It's not a place that welcomes people who work at a slow pace.

Pros

Some really cool and talented people work here. Cool office space. Good accounts to work on with Target. Good pay.

Cons

It's all about the show here and if you aren't in the "in" group, they don't really care about you. VERY LONG WORK HOURS & EXPECTATIONS. I was working 60-65 hours a week and that wasn't enough. They wanted to add more and more accounts to my plate. Not a good place if you are looking for work-life balance. Brokers are infamous for piling on too much work and this place is no exception.
