Pros

Work colleagues are the best. And a great place to learn if you are intellectually curious. But you have to seek it out. It doesn't come to you. But senior people will help. Well respected by members/clients of the organization is a plus Strong integrity in its research. It can be trusted.

Cons

It spreads its best people too thin. Benefits are not the best. Not all managers seem focused on staff growth. It can be just about getting today's job done.
