The tips were great, the staff were friendly on the whole. I got a lot of hours which I appreciated.

Cons

A lot of onboarding hoops to jump through since it is such a huge company, it's very corporate as far as hospitality goes.

Distressed wooden aesthetic left highly porous surfaces uncleaned. After two years working, I attempted to take a day of sick as I had the flu. I was told I had to find cover or come in. Naturally, I came in despite the risks of spreading sickness. The promise of progression was dangled in front of multiple people manipulatively.
