Laidback/friendly atmosphere, lots of staff perks, in charge of own workload and able to manage your own day, nice people, varied work, dog friendly, onsite gym, bonus scheme

Cons

You are expected to work hard and it is very busy - i do not find this a con personally as i love being busy, but may not suit some people
