I have worked in many industries and The AA gets a big thumbs up from me. A diverse environment filled with honesty, integrity and hosts a kind, supportive culture. You can be yourself here, I feel like I matter as a person and I am fully supported in my role. During my first months I was delighted with my job but thought 'what is the catch?' There is no catch and I feel as equally delighted 17 months later. As amazing as the company is already, they are constantly seeking out new ways to make worklife better for everyone, always striving for the customers and employees along with providing regular oppotunities for feedback and idea's. It is a marked importance within the company that we have a healthy work/life balance I feel that I am valued. Many values, great morals.

A truly great company to work for. I owe The AA a lot. The AA got me out of a garage environment which I felt stuck in and was a dead end job. The AA has helped me improve my life ten fold. The AA have shown faith in me and pushed me to progress and accomplish things I didn’t think I was ever capable of. I am grateful for The AA and because of this I work hard everyday.
