Pros
Provide leads. Provide training. A lot to learn at the Broker. Program is helpful to clients.
Cons
Very high turnover. Harvested leads for them then they stole them and gave them to another agent. Will sue you if your clients come with you. Found out I no longer worked there from a client. Claim to be a Christian company but offer no grace. Only have nicknames for Black and Brown employees. Take a very high commission. Things got tough when the market changed so management became realtors again and competition became intense.
