      Okay benefits, used to be able to work from home

      Cons

      Management is the worst I have ever experienced. Management has no real experience in leadership, communication is non existing, no realistic training, no structure in any training provided, training that is provided not sufficient to create a strong team to support management, therfore creates a cycle of weak management too busy to function properly.
