Teton Ridge is a large company that is slowly working it's kinks out. With a new CEO in the last year many issues are being worked out and big things are happening for the company and it's sub-companies.

Within the sub-companies, like its magazine, there are cultural changes for the better, but that is still slow. An organizational chart and more communication from the top are a couple things that would be helpful.
With something new there is always excitement so you want to have some positive outlook...

There is little to no organizational structure to this company. They seem to just decide something with little to no thoughts on if it's a good idea or not. They are too heavy at the top with few employees to actually get the job done. The communication is so poor. It's so poor the purpose and plan for this company isn't even given or known by it's employees.
