      Good benefits, friendly remote team in Canada

      Cons

      The Addison location is not managed and employees are not able to work from home even though most of the company is remote.

      Pros

      Very flexible with hours and the managers value your time as much as their own. They put a lot of effort into making the offices welcoming and a fun place to go, but the working arrangements are flexible with WFH being very popular as long as it works for everyone.

      Cons

      There are high expectations, but that’s how you grow and improve, so you learn to embrace it. If you know what you’re doing then you won’t have any trouble keeping up with the fast pace.
