terrible leadership, no standardized processes, no workload balance, employees treated unfairly, information withheld from employees, money first mindset, clients not prioritized, terrible communication, lack of training, lack of direction, no check ins with management, no room to grow

We appreciate you sharing your perspective, and we want to respond openly. The points you raised matter to us, and several of them reflect areas we have been actively addressing.
In the first and second quarters of this year, we made significant investments in our customer service department, including dedicated training and development, so that our people are well supported and our clients receive the highest level of service. It is unfortunate that the timing of your departure meant you were not here to experience those improvements firsthand.
That said, no statistic erases an individual experience, and we take it seriously that yours did not meet the mark. We remain committed to doing better every day.
We wish you success going forward.
The only pro is there is a few awesome people who work here. Unfortunately none of them are the managers.
Cons
What can I say? Low paying, toxic culture, with a CEO with no grip on reality or business acumen. Literally the job and boss your mom warned you about. If you hate yourself you should take a job here.
Tesseon is in the midst of a transformative shift, redefining its culture while implementing new processes, procedures, and workflows. These essential changes are unlocking greater opportunities and setting the stage for future growth. Since joining the leadership team, I've witnessed an impressive sense of ownership among our leaders, who have turned past challenges into valuable lessons. They are laying the groundwork for a company where employees feel included, heard, and actively engaged in decisions that impact them. Though the journey continues, the future at Tesseon is filled with exciting potential and promising developments.
Cons
Navigating multiple systems, platforms, and CRM tool can be overwhelming, but this is a common challenge in growing organizations. As Tesseon continues to review its internal processes, there are opportunities to streamline and improve its technological infrastructure to enhance overall efficiency.
