No Positives come to mind after 7 years at this poorly managed company. Was a great company to work for under the former CEO David Perez.

Current CEO has destroyed the company culture & moral. Incompetent APAC (Singapore) head office. No defined job roles. You will be expected to do 3 roles. Massive staff turnover in the past 2 years due incompetent CEO & Singapore Head Office. Lack of vision for the future. Quality of products has deteriorated. You will be expected to work afterhours and on weekends with no compensation. Lunch breaks are non existent. 3 hours per day of unpaid overtime is the norm.
