      Work-from-home option can't compensate for chaotic management

      WFH 2days per week able to gain broad field of knowledge only if u have self discipline to learn and try Thats the only benefit

      Cons

      Management is chaotic Don't Follow SOP even after sorting out Older mangement will abuse their authority empty promises and no upskilling, Doesn't care about compliance

      there is no clear direction. you will be dumped up with everything if the bosses found out you are good. and there is no leader in this company only bosses. too much rely on rotation of interns every 6 months.
