Decent benefits overshadowed by poor management and communication

Pros

Decent benefits, but for family be prepared to fork out a lot of money. Work is consistent, 40 hours guaranteed. Homer fund availability to Temco. 40 hrs sick. Vacation accural.

Cons

Company does not even offer long term disability. Office associates paid the same even though responsibilities are different. Communication is literally non existent. Management does not hold people accountable. This company and managers do not care about their employees. They care about them and making themselves look good, even if it means stealing others ideas and throwing ppl under the bus. They like to make it look like they care. Promoting would be available if you can move or travel.

Being bought out by Home Depot was the best thing to happen to Temco.

Cons

The pay is incredibly off-market. Management hires friends and family rather than more competent candidates.
