      Leave and medical benefits are good.

      Cons

      Very low base pay, spineless leadership that will bend on the whim of one word by senior management. Every person is there trying to play to the ego of the ones above them. Some team and people do meaningful work but get overlooked because they don't play office politics. Promotion cycle is a joke and a popularity contest.
