Pros

People at working level are nice and reasonable. Package on Aussie standard.

Cons

Chaotic, no/weak process/policy/accountability, everything is blurry. Political fight and bureaucracy all the time, senior mgt always claiming credits, territory at all costs, fighting for funding to stage their shows, justify their existence. You get caught in all these and will suffer, lots of finger pointing and you will get blamed.

Pros

To the man in the street, we are a brand name. Cash rich and well known as a major player. Are these exactly Pros?

Cons

Outside Australia, the company is a very small fish in a HUGE pond. Managers are constantly jostling for attention and power, trying to outdo each other and hungering for the next employee band.
