Unlimited coffee, the research team are smart guys, but sadly hindered by zero management who are completely clueless. A nice balcony.

Cons

Every man for himself - so literally, if you're a woman an put up with blatant sexism on the desk, the lifting of trades, and prices are made up and sources, yeah there are none... just trying to 'market-make'. Compliance environment is a mess and is so stupid that it just ignores everything meaningful (unless you ask them to on-board a client). Overall a sad place now with the original founders gone, betrayed by current management. If you're disloyal and want to blatantly lie to your clients, this is your place.

Smart employees to work with who are committed to making this boutique do big things. The friendly atmosphere that cuts across hierarchy helps to foster a productive oneness.

Cons

There is some prejudice in how some people are treated relative to others. Some individuals who you do not directly report to may act in ways that implies you have a second boss.
