Pros

The culture is wonderful, I love the people I work with. All the agents pull together in times of stress and depend on each other.

Cons

Compensation for the amount of work you will do is horrible. You're not paid nearly enough and there's a glass ceiling when it comes to raises, which is very frustrating considering the stress of the job and having to wear multiple hats every day.

Pros

Telelink's culture and the atmosphere were so welcoming and inclusive of all employees. You can really tell the company cares about its employees and shows it through all they do.

Cons

The hours fluctuated, and while this was disclosed right from the begining, it sometimes resulted in less than ideal shift times.
