None, wish I could give less than a one star rating.

Cons

Disgusting culture and management. They do not care about their employees. Everyone except managers are underpaid and overworked and not appreciated.

Employees are not valued

Pros

Parking doesn't cost anything. Reimbursement for designations acquired. Your misery is/will be shared by others

Cons

There are no career or advancement opportunities Promotions are not given based on qualifications, merit, tenure, or experience Employees are not valued and everyone is considered replaceable. Benefits are expensive and horrible Vacation and sick time isn't competitive Holidays are very limited Micro management is a problem Favoritism is a common practice of the company. Constant meaningless meetings

Pros

There is Free Food once a month and parking.

Cons

- Horrible Benefits- high deductible medical plans. Expensive. - Lack of managerial skills -Silly pointless daily meetings -Favoritism- *you will feel like you're in high school again with all the backstabbing. -No room for growth - Micro Managing at its worst- always followed by a boss checking on your work 3 times a day -Lack of professionalism -Very old school- this is not a "2015" workplace. -Undercover bullying at it's best. -No yearly bonus' -Low pay- even with a college degree -Don't expect a Christmas party either
