      Usually keeps to themselves until contract is coming up. Admin overhead is kept to a minimum.

      Not really a con, still grateful to be able to get into some reputable companies

      Have good clients that pay well

      Cons

      TEK will try to screw you out of your PTO and Bonus after letting you go. Even though they paid prior people that were let go that exact thing.
