      Pros

      I loved working at Techstra. Teamwork is a company value. Everyone is very supportive of one another and everyone pitches in when needed. The owners are good humans and are very generous. They make everyone feel valued.

      We have grown a lot in the last few years and there have been a lot of changes, all in a good way.

      Pros

      The foundation of the company is solid. The core values of the people align with those who have a strong work ethic and are willing to put in the work to accomplish goals. I see continuous growth and prosperity this year and in the future.

      Growing pains are real. The positive is that the pain is from growth = success.

      I loved working with Techstra solutions. Its good company for long term to gain consulting and Cloud/automation experience. Good pay, remote work flexibility, and awesome benefits. Great leadership that really cares about employee's and their asks.
