Pros
Great team and culture. Company is picking up too and we have a brilliant end to the year.
Cons
Team is small and hours can be intense, especially in busy times
Pros
Techspert is a great place to work. We care about the work we do, the mission we are on and building a great team. We seek to positively impact the healthcare sector by connecting the right people together and we are making strong progress and growing well. Our values are core to how we work together, they are to be Compassionate, Transparent, Collaborative and Disruptive. We all try to live these in our interactions and it helps create and open and agile culture where the best ideas rise to the top irrespective of where they come from. We have come a long way from humble beginnings where we lived in cottage with desks set up in the living room. We still keep that streak of entrepreneurial mindset across the business even as we have scaled internationally and professionalized our approach.
Cons
I'm not the right person to ask for cons. But I can say that when we become aware of cultural issues or areas of dissatisfaction across our teams then we seek to understand it and act to implement changes fast. I'd also say that like all growing businesses that are on a mission, we have a high hunger to win across all teams. Its not always an easy ride - winning never is. So if you're looking for an easy and comfortable ride then Techspert won't be the best fit for you.
Pros
Good culture and growing opportunities
Cons
Can be a fast paced environment
Pros
The company culture is casual
Cons
Too much work given on too little salary
Pros
I felt so supported during my time at Techspert- everyone was incredibly friendly and encouraging and the onboarding process was very well thought out. The career progression of the role was well laid out and you accelerated through this pathway relatively quickly. Flexi hours of working meant that I could fit my lifestyle around my job and a central office in Cambridge was a great place to work. The company also had a great social aspect with monthly socials, an annual retreat which was perfect for getting to know people within the wider company.
Cons
As with a lot of jobs, the workload could be stressful at times.
Pros
- They cared about my time during the interview process, offering me Amazon vouchers for completing the test I was given - Made it easy to integrate and get involved with the team when I first joined. - Fun working culture with lots of socials & nice people - Clear idea about how they will support my development at techspert - Flexible with WFH/office
Cons
- Office needs a refurb, however this is happening in the next couple months - Based in Cambridge so high cost of living (cheaper than London though) - Not much else really
Pros
Good management. Easy going culture.
Cons
I enjoyed my time there and can not think of a negative.
Pros
Company recently adjusted salaries which was well-received. Clients on the whole are great to work with Really great colleagues and supportive managers.
Cons
Always a lot of focus on KPIs and a lot of pressure to perform. Some places are remote and some are in office
Pros
- Positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture - Hard-working, welcoming, and supportive colleagues - Ambitious company demonstrating great growth
Cons
I can't think of any.
Pros
- Brilliant employee-first culture, supporting to develop and achieve individually.
Cons
- None come to mind
