We have come a long way from humble beginnings where we lived in cottage with desks set up in the living room. We still keep that streak of entrepreneurial mindset across the business even as we have scaled internationally and professionalized our approach.

I felt so supported during my time at Techspert- everyone was incredibly friendly and encouraging and the onboarding process was very well thought out. The career progression of the role was well laid out and you accelerated through this pathway relatively quickly. Flexi hours of working meant that I could fit my lifestyle around my job and a central office in Cambridge was a great place to work. The company also had a great social aspect with monthly socials, an annual retreat which was perfect for getting to know people within the wider company.
