No dedicated office..Working from a 3 BHK flat in hyderabad and earning 100+ crores revenue in year. Will promise you a better hike if you perform well..but make you join in the Same CTC... Fake promises for incentives..Rao Karusala ia a full time cheat..who only hire people on the basis of bringing business and after earning fires them. Micro Management is very common..Peer pressure for Acheiving targets or get your salary 10-30% cut for the month.

very friendly management, No pressure on work, if you perform well, they cant loose you anymore, very friendly colleagues, Appreciate on your work, Varma and Naveen as are MDs in techorbit, they are very friendly, If Employee want permission, they will provied, If you came late for particular reason, they will accept. No lose of pay for permission, finally i want to tell one think, employee friendly organization is techorbit.
